Referral List: GI-Specific Mental Health Providers
In order to increase access for children and adolescents with gastrointestinal problems to well-trained therapists, a list of therapists who have experience treating patients with GI problems was compiled as a joint effort between NASPGHAN and PG-SIG members. This list is meant to be used as a referral resource -- please feel free to use this list in connecting your patients and families with appropriate providers!
Please let us know if you would like to be added to the list. Being included in this list is voluntary. There is no obligation to be on the list, nor obligation to see any family that is referred to you.

Assessment Measures by GI Population
The files available for download below provide an annotated summary, including current psychometric and validity data, of assessment measures identified as appropriate for pediatric GI populations. They are organized by condition, and then further subdivided within each file by topic area. We would like to thank the Assessment Working Group, led by Michele Herzer Maddux, for compiling this information! If you have additional assessment tools you would like to share, please get in touch through our listserv or reach out to the PG-SIG co-chairs.
