Pediatric Clinical Case Conference
During these meetings, we review related literature, present a pediatric GI case example, and engage in discussion. We will focus on case conceptualization and presenting problems from a biopsychosocial perspective, appreciation of medical systems and co-occurring conditions and medications, and elements that contribute to designing a treatment plan and outcome tracking. Implications discussed for both specific peds GI embedded practitioners as well as integrated primary care, general outpatient mental health, and consultation/liaison practices.
